Day 12: Novel that best conjured a place for you
Well...Kai Meyer-novels in general. They are set all over the world (The Flowing Queen is set in Venice, others in the Caribbean, Sicily, China, Baghdad and various places in Germany like Hameln and around the Loreley) and he just has a gift for describing places very vividly.
